Your account with Fun-Raise USA

Upon establishing an account with Fun-Raise USA, the monies that are earned will be ACH transferred from Fun-Raise USA to your bank account once every week. You have the option of receiving your funds anytime, upon your request, for a fee of $2 per transfer. The monies will be transferred within 24 to 48 hours of your request.

Fun-Raise USA only transfers money into FDIC accounts

For security and safety purposes, Fun-Raise USA does not deposit, transfer or perform any transactions with accounts that are not FDIC insured. Prior to establishing your account with Fun-Raise USA, you have the option of setting up a new on-line FDIC bank account in order to receive your earnings.

The name of your Fun-Raise USA account

Make sure to list the name of your account correctly. This will be the name on your account with Fun-Raise USA and must match all other submitted information correctly.

Qualifications to start an account with Fun-Raise USA

Must be 18 years of age or over to start an account

You must be the legal age of 18 to have an account with Fun-Raise USA.

Must have a FDIC bank account within the United States

The bank account you provide to receive your funds must be in your name or you must be an authorized user of that bank account. If the account is a business bank account, you must attach proof at the bottom of the page, within the box entitled "required proof."

Note: On-line payment methods do not meet the standards needed to transfer your funds.

Must provide a United States phone number

Phone numbers that are provided must have a U.S area code.

Must have a residential or business address in 1 of the 50 states of the U.S.

Business addresses are accepted if a business bank account is submitted as the account to accept funds. You must be the authorized user of the business account and attach proof.

P.O. boxes are not accepted as a valid address.

Must provide Proof of the Social Security or EIN Number of the Bank Account receiving the funds

In order for you to create an account with Fun-Raise USA, you will need to provide proof of the Social Security Number or EIN Employer Identification Number (Business Tax ID) associated with the bank account receiving the funds. This protects against fraud and illegal activity.

Creating an account ID Number

When submitting the information to your account with Fun-Raise USA, you will create a 4-digit Account ID Number. Your Account Identification Number is what Fun-Raise USA uses to identify you with your account. Be sure not to share, forget or misplace your Account ID Number, to ensure the privacy of your account.

Three ways to receive and Access your Account funds

Receive your funds through Electronic funds transfer/ACH

Receiving your funds through electronic transfer is a safe, quick and efficient. Every Wednesday your funds are automatically transferred into your bank account. There is no charge to receive your funds through ACH transfer. All fundraising account withdrawals made by ACH payment are free and automatic on Wednesday of every week. All other account withdrawals are $2.00 when being removed from the account. Please allow 1-2 business days for this transaction to take place.

If you choose to receive your funds through PayPal, every Wednesday your funds are automatically transferred into your PayPal account.

NOTE: This option is free, however a 2.9% to 3.49% charge may be deducted on every transfer of funds, depending on the policies of PayPal. Fun-Raise USA is not responsible for any fees associated with receiving your funds through PayPal.

NOTE: Checks are sent out on the 14th and 28th of each month. To receive this service the cost is $5 per check which is automatically deducted from your account when a check is issued on Wednesdays. Checks that are requested any other day than Wednesday, will be assessed a $10 charge.

Your account will give you the ability to check your balance and the progress of your fundraiser, as well as, provide tips and pointers through your e-manual that will help increase your potential to raise funds.

Receiving Safe and Secure ACH Transfers

You must have a (FDIC) bank account in order to receive an ACH transfer to your account. ACH transfers may take up to 1-3 business days to be deposited.

Fun-Raise USA offers one weekly transfer of your funds at no cost, every other transfer is $2.00 per transaction. Fun-Raise USA is not responsible for any charges that you are charged to receive an ACH transfer from the banking institution that you work with to receive funds.

Receiving A Check

Fun-Raise USA gives you the ability to receive your funds by way of check. This service issues fundraisers a check on the 14th and 28th of every month. There is a $5 dollar fee for each check ($10 a month). This fee is deducted from your account on the 14th and 28th of each month. Be sure to provide the proper address of the location that you want to receive the check.
